PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY TANKS & EQUIPMENT

The Petrochemical industry makes significant use of pressure vessels,reactors and heat exchangers to transform petroleum and other fossil fuels into chemical products including olefins such as propylene, ethylene, and butenes as well as aromatics such as toluene, benzene and xylenes.

Common petrochemical manufacturing processes include separation, mixing, blending, heating and/or cooling.

Packed & trayed columns are also widely utilized for separating raw materials into various chemical components while traditional storage tanks are used for the storage of both feedstocks and finished products.
